# Хранение информации

Компания AnyAI использует следующие протоколы при работе с базой данных:

1. ФЗ-152 (УЗ-1), постановления правительства № 1119 и Приказа ФСТЭК № 21
2. ГОСТ Р 57580

Выполнение этих протоколов гарантирует, что:

1. Ваша информация, которая используется для настройки, пред-обучения и при внедрении ИИ не будет использована или передана третьим лицам, за исключением ситуаций, когда деятельность ведётся противозаконно. 
2. Ваша информация, которая используется для настройки, пред-обучения и при внедрении ИИ - не будет использована нигде и никак без вашего участия.
